Faithfold A have renewed their interest in Shirley Park midfielder Nicky Plotnek. With star man Alex Kaye about to head off overseas, the club will propose a "generous" offer for the former West Brom man.

Clubs in the Olim League are on red alert after hearing that Nicky Plonek is off to Israel for five months. In an exclusive interview, the midfield maestro told JC Sport: "I'm off to Israel next Friday for five months - working in Ashdod on a community program. I might try and join a club in the Olim league. When I'm back I'll definitely be looking at a possibilities for next season."

North London Raiders chairman Jonathan Adelman has played down rumours that the club are set to offer Liverpool legend Ronnie Rosenthal a pay-as-you-play deal. The former Liverpool and Spurs hotshot is said to be considering a comeback, following in the footsteps of Thierry Henry and Paul Scholes.

North West Neasden joint-manager Darren Yarlett has asked FC Team boss Mitch Young to name his price for star striker Richard Salmon.

Other reports claim that Yarlett is planning a cash-plus-player offer for Salmon with Rob Lerner possibly going the way.
