Goals from Jon Ellis, Josh Hershman and Jonathan Green saw Brady Maccabi lift the Jewish FA Cup at Oldham Athletic after running out 3-0 winners.
South were up against it after keeper Akiva Lieberman was forced off with an ankle injury after 30 minutes and their chances deteriorated even further when Harvey Kaye was sent off 10 minutes into the second half.
But there was a silver-lining for South Manchester who retained their Manchester Accountants League title.
Brady joint-manager Josh Rosenfeld told JC Sport: "The win tops off how far we have come this season. We deserved to win the cup as we have been on a run since before Xmas where at times we are unplayable.
"The hard work, effort every individual in the squad has put in over recent months, the boys deserved their special day and have the right to call themselves all champions.
Co-manager Joel Nathan told JC Sport: "Yes things went our way with their keeper going off injured and the sending off, but we came up here with a game-plan and the boys executed it to perfection."

Faithfold claimed the point they needed to be crowned league champions for the first time since season 2004/05 as they played out a goalless draw against last season's champions Hendon at Hadley FC.
The Superhoops edged a tight encounter with the heroics of Hendon keeper Russell Corin keeping them at bay.
Ari Last had hit the post early on for Hendon, but it was Faithfold's day as the London FA Sunday Intermediate Cup winners clinched the double.
Faithfold manager Zuriel Solomon told JC Sport: "The boys worked ever so hard today and it was fitting that we've won the title at the home of last season's champions.
"Hendon are still a great team and as I said at the beginning of the season, whoever would finish above them would win it.
Hendon boss David Garbacz told JC Sport: "Huge congratulations to Zuriel and his Faithfold team. They have been by far the most consistent team in the league this year and thoroughly deserve to be champions. But rest assured, we will be back!"

Redbridge's cup hangover continues after they were left doubled up in pain by a resurgent FC Team in a double-header.
Marc Harris (2) and Richard Salmon earned Team three points in part one, with Salmon (2) and Danny Moss doing the business in part two.
Jack Van Gelder scored for RJC in match one, with Greg Bookman and Danny Sugarman netting in part two.
Reflecting on the six-point haul, FC Team boss Mitch Young told JC Sport: "I am very proud of my team for the way we have finished the season - winning three back-to-back. A double-header is always difficult and to beat a team like Redbridge twice over 120 minutes is a great achievement.
"We have shown over the course of the season - beating Faithfold, Hendon and Redbridge, twice, if we can apply ourselves add to the squad we can really challenge next season.
"I would like to thank all my players for their efforts the season. Today is a special day for the club as it marked the two-year anniversary of the passing of our dear friend Peter Moss. The players played for him today and the win was dedicated to him. I would also like to wish jonny pearl a speedy recovery as he is currently in hospital. A frustrating season but a tremendous way to finish."

Ed Weisz earned Anekstein Cup winners Lions a point in a 1-1 draw against Oakwood.
Dan Abrams ensured the Oaks came away with a share of the spoils.
Oakwood joint-manager Ric Blank told JC Sport: "We've really enjoyed our first season in the Prem and we will learn a lot from it, and we'll definitely come back stronger next year. We have shown that we can compete well against the top teams and with a few extra recruits in the summer and some of our big players back from injury we will give it a real go next year."
Lions boss Andy Landesberg told JC Sport: "It was a clear case of after The Lord Mayor's show today. We were sluggish, lacklustre and extremely disappointing. Oakwood battled away throughout the whole game and despite going behind, they fought back to almost win the game."

Raiders boss Oli Shorts told JC Sport: "I was really pleased with the performance as we only had 11 players (12 if you include me, but I'm rubbish!).
