articlemain

WINNER: - Lee Cash (NW Neasden A) - "a goal that will be remembered for a very long time. It was one of those where you will be able to say ‘I was there the day Lee Cash scored that'. The ball dropped out the sky 35 yards away from goal. Lee turned and unleashed a strike that seemed to stop time; the moment it left his boot you just new this was something special. It rocketed into the top left-hand corner of the net. I think postage stamp springs to mind"

Runner-up: James Joseph (Brady Maccabi B) - "40-yard volley is not just a goal of the game contender, but a goal of the season contender"

3rd. Paul Stein (Southgate Harmen B) - "picked up the ball just inside the opposition half and ran unopposed before pulling out a blockbuster strike from 25 yards which flew into the top corner"

------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Rob Hershkorn (Brixton A) - "scored the team's second goal against Temple Fortune A. A superb moved started at the back with 10 one-touch passes with Hershkorn finishing it off with a deft touch"

- Don Mansoor (Athletico Finchley) - "Keller playing a Juan Mata-like through ball to the debutant Mansoor who flicked it over one defender and then lobbed the ball inch perfectly over the Boca keeper"

- Ben Bell (Athletic Bilbaum) - "picked the ball up on the Brixton by line outside the box, cut outside and inside two players before finishing from a very acute angle into the top corner

- Mark Pasha (Athletic Bilbaum) - lashed in a bullet of a strike from just outside the box which went in off the crossbar

- Dan Cohen (SPEC FC) - starting his first match of the season after overcoming his injury hoodoo, Cohen latched onto a fine raking cross field cross from Bookatz to volley home. Majestic!
