Richard Horne says he is honoured to be Assistant General Team Manager for Maccabi GB at the forthcoming European Maccabi Games in Berlin in July 2015.

Horne, who will be assisting General Team Manager Joel Nathan has spent the last 15 years heavily involved in managing and coaching football teams including Excel Academy, Aldenham FC and Brady Maccabi. He was joint-manager for the under-18 Futsal team at the 19th Maccabiah Games this summer and also has a Level 2 FA coaching badge in football along with Level 1 in Futsal.

Horne said: "I am deeply committed to working as part of the team to achieve an extremely competitive Delegation for Berlin 2015 and ensure Maccabi GB maximises its potential in the build up to and during the European Maccabi Games."
