Haroldeans remain in the title picture after Paul Harris completed this second-half comeback win against HPR.

The Merseysiders looked dead and buried as they trailed 3-1 at the break. But Adam Shiffman sparked the turnaround before David Killey and Harris saw Haroldeans sneak home to maintain the pressure at the top.

Haroldeans boss Fraser Saville told JC Sport: "It was a nightmare first-half where we were punished for every mistake.

"But we pulled ourselves together and managed to force our way back into the game before winning it.

"Maccabi Manchester 2nds were on the pitch next to ours and must have been rubbing their hands with glee at what they had seen in the first 45 minutes.

"We had to show fight and character to launch a comeback."
