Golden Graham looks like top serial striker

Defence is the best form of attack. That is the belief of Southgate Harmen A manager Dan Uzan who masterminded his team's 4-1 victory over defending champions North West Neasden A, Harmen's first-ever victory in the top-flight.

The Division One new boys were written off by many at the start of the season but they silenced their critics with midfielder Ben Graham blasting home a stunning hat-trick. Recent signing Kane Swerner completed the rout. Bradley Sharp grabbed a consolation for Neasden.

Uzan said: "We turned up and firmly parked that Harmen bus. However this time we literally played with 11 men in front of the goal."

The result leaves Neasden in fifth spot, with two defeats from three matches. Manager Jamie Cole lamented: "We conceded four terrible goals."

At the top, Redbridge Jewish Care A made it four out of four after winning a thriller 6-4 against Hendon United A. Lewis Walker (2), Dean Nyman (2), Ben Sollosi and free-scoring defender Brad Frankel saw them home.

Hendon's goals came through Avidan Last, Paul Bentley and Saul Conway (2).

Chigwell Athletic moved to within three points of top spot in Division One with a 4-2 win against Camden Park. Glenn Michaels, Doron Weinstein, Russell Becker and Daniel Castle were the marksmen. Nicky Kagan and Alistair Marks netted for Camden.

North London Raiders B suffered their first defeat as they were beaten 3-2 by Montana Boca United A for whom Craig Edwards, James Sandler and Gary Cohen found the net.

Nicky Woolf and an own goal accounted for the Raiders strikes.

David Gance, Paul Walker and Scott Shindler (2) helped Temple Fortune A come from 3-1 down to move top in Division Two after a 4-3 win over Brixton Old Boys. Alon Hershkorn, Dan Price and Rob Hershkorn netted for a Brixton team who had two men sent off, making it five this season.

Faithfold B extended their unbeaten run with doubles from Daniel Hildebrand and Doron Hershkorn in the 4-2 win over FC Team B.

Faithfold C are top of Division Three following a 5-2 victory over UJIA. Ben Simons (2), Adam Barton, Ricky Soltzman and Benji Dymant extended their unbeaten league record. Matt Radstone fired a double for UJIA.

Joe Cullum and Michael Marks earned Team JLGB their first success of the campaign in a 2-1 win at Catford & Bromley Maccabi. Eli Baraty replied.

Heath Banta won the top of the table clash after seeing off Glenthorne United A 4-3 with strikes from Stefan Simons, Benji Peters, Oli Josephs and an own goal. David Blackman replied.

Norstar B edged past Real Life 4-3 with Adam Sandzer, Maurice Franks, Adam Seres and Daniel Polak. Real's goals came through Charlie Bernstein, Jamie Beaumont and Paul Franklin.

Two goals from Daniel Gordon preserved Redbridge C's unbeaten run as they beat Zig Zag 3-1.Byron Watkins pulled one back.

Two more goals from Fabio Revieccio helped Glenthorne B maintain their perfect start in Division Four as they overcame Temple Fortune B.

Richard Fogelman (2) and Jeremy Kornhauser got Jewventus back to winning ways against Hendon C.

Simon Moses and Daniel Sher were the goal men as Los Blancos outgunned Athletic Bilbaum.

Joe Newton, Darren Russell and Joe Bitton were the heroes as North London Raiders C claimed their first ever victory in the MSFL after edging past previously unbeaten Shirley Park 3-2.

Adam Brand and Mark Wagman steered the Maccabi Masters Select into the second round of the Peter Morrison Trophy as they proved too strong for Blizzard Storm.

A second consecutive hat-trick from Mario Mielniczuk proved decisive as Holy Mount Zion beat Hendon B 4-2.

Dan Geey, Matt Geey (2), Dan Rose, Gary Bloch, Marc Hymanson, Dan Abrams and an own goal eased Oakwood to an 8-0 success over Pinner JFC.

Mark Hecht was the matchwinner as FC Team A edged past Neasden C in the first round of the JC Cyril Anekstein Cup.

Lloyd Becker, Dave Marcus (2) and Ian Bean earned Harmen B a comfortable victory over Montana B.
