Glenthorne United recliam league top spot

Glenthorne United A regained top spot in Division One after beating Faithfold 2-1 with goals from Sid Shaw and Greg Morris. Steven Moss replied for Faithfold.

And an Adam Lee goal was all that separated London Maccabi Lions ions from North London Raiders. The win lifted Lions into third.

Norstar Old Boys' Division Two title hopes were dealt a blow as they were held 3-3 by Ashlodge. Geoff Green, Max Witriol and Steve Bogen struck for Ashlodge with birthday boy Bruce Brent claiming a hat-trick for NOBs.

Glenthorne B and Clayhall also played out a 3-3 draw. Adam Hart (2) and a late equaliser from Malcolm Morris accounted for Glenthorne's goals. Mark Goldman, Neale Diamond and Marc Schneiderman replied.

Laurence Swerner (2) and Stuart Coutts steered London Maccabi Lions B past Temple Fortune. Trevor Woolf and James Ryan replied.
