MASTERS Glenthorne United B edged a step closer to the Maccabi Masters League Division Two title with a 2-1 win over EDRS Stonegrove

A late free-kick from Adam Hart proved decisive in a game where they had forged ahead through an own goal. Mark Kingston equalised for EDRS.

The result means Glenthorne now require two points from their remaining two games to be assured of the championship.

London Maccabi Lions maintained their title challenge with a 5-1 success over Clayhall Park Casuals. Barry Silkman (3), Lee Cohen and Marc Morris were the marksmen. Brian Deal grabbed a consolation from the penalty spot.
