Team GB have named a 19-man Over 35s Masters squad for next year's 18th Maccabiah Games Chai.
The squad includes Oldham Athletic managing director Simon Corney and seven players from London Maccabi Lions. Faithfold contribute four players with another four from in and around Manchester.
Manager Darryl Lee said: "The GB Masters team has finished fourth in each of the three Maccabiah Masters competitions that have been held in 1997, 2001 and 2005. There has been a hard luck story every time but put simply, we have not been quite good enough.
"This squad is probably the strongest ever selected, and go in with the added pressure of being Maccabiah Pan American Masters champions. Argentina will be the team to beat again, although I hear Israel are taking it very seriously this time.
"We will need a mixture of quality football, correct attitude and moments of luck to break the medal hoodoo but there is no reason why this squad cannot go all the way."
