Five-star GB tear Cheshunt apart

articlemain

Team GB warmed up for the Open Football competition at the 19th Maccabiah Games with a 5-2 victory over Cheshunt FC in a friendly.

David Pollock’s troops came from a goal down to run out worthy winners. A Jordan Marks strike was sandwiched in between two Cheshunt goals, but GB then stepped up a gear, with Adam Bolle making it 2-2 after good work from James Gershfield.

Guy Morris, Craig Ellis and Gershfield completed the scoring for the 2009 silver medallists.
