First-half efforts from Adam Lavin and Ben Tier put Stuart Delmonte's side 2-0 up at half time, but they conceded a goal from the penalty spot and a last-minute equaliser to throw two points away at the death.
Delmonte said: "We haven't had a settled squad, though I think it was a fair result.
"We are concentrating on the league games this week now and only after Sunday will we think about the Peter Morrison final against Faithfold."
Assistant-manager Tony Rosenberg said: "The players are tired after cramming lots of games into a few days."
