articlemain

This lucky XI caught the eye of the JC panel of judging after excelling on Matchday 11 of the MGBSFL season.

1. DAVID SIMNOCK (NL Raiders B) - "really back to his best with a string of good saves"

2. ALEX BLOCH (NL Raiders A) - excelled against a Hendon team "desperate to sign him"

3. SAM McCARTHY (Redbridge JC A) - ensured there was no way through for last season's champions

4. DAN SILVERMAN (FC Team A) - "back to his best a flawless performance"

5. MITCH GREEN (Southgate Harmen) - "was a rock at the back, keeping in-form Mitch Hahn quiet for 90 minutes, also scored a great header"

6. ZAC ROSE (LM Lions White) - inspired his team to their first win in the top-flight this season

7. DANIEL HARROD (Brady Maccabi B) - "a proper captains' display from the Brady skipper. Drove the team forward with a superb all-action display and dominated the all important midfield area"

8. DEAN ROSENTHAL (Brixton Old Boys) - maintained his excellent start to the season with a double in the win over Hendon

9. NICKY WOOLF (NL Raiders B) - "a second successive hat-trick and breaking the 100-goal mark for the Club"

10. JONO GAON (Los Blancos) - "scored 5 in a great 90 minutes"

11. ANTHONY KINTISH (Oakwood A) - "Came off bench after 20 minutes with Cousins injured and made immediate impact with two well taken goals. At 32 he's never been to a gym in his life, has a pizza and jager bomb addiction but is still one of the fittest lads in the league. Not fair really!"
