articlemain

Here are the star men from Matchday 28 of the season.

1. TONY HIRSHSTEIN (Temple Fortune) - "make two very good saves - one on to the bar and one around the post - kicked solidly and commanded his box in the goalless draw against Faithfold C

2. AVI KORMAN (Hendon Utd SC A) - "magnificent all-action display at left-back full of energy and skill"

3. TOMER TRICOT (AC Whetstone) - "a solid display with trademark crunching tackles"

4. PAUL HIZER (Chigwell Athletic) - "outstanding at centre back and didn't deserve to be on losing side against South Manchester. Won absolutely everything in air and covered round brilliantly"

5. JOSH KAYE (FC Team B) - "totally solid plus a bullet header to put Team ahead for the first time in the match"

6. ALEX GOODMAN (NL Raiders C) - "another vintage performance from one of Norstar's best performers this season. He pulled the side back after going 1-0 down and scored a deserved header"

7. ARI LAST (Hendon United Sports Club A) - "took over the armband from Josh Lipman and lead by example with a vintage display, including two goals"

8. FREDDIE MARKS (FC Team B) - "man-of-the-match. Won every header, scored twice, never stopped working and was like a man possessed. His best performance in an FC Team shirt"

9. DANIEL GARFINKLE (Hendon United Sports Club B) - another crucial important hat-trick in a relegation six-pointer

10. ADAM LAVIN (South Manchester 1st) - two-goal hero kept his team's hopes of National glory alive and kicking

11. MITCH LASSMAN (FC Team B) - "clinical with his two goals and led the line brilliantly"

MANAGER: David Gordon (FC Team B)
