Danny Caro's Team of the Week: February 21

articlemain

DANIEL CORDELL (L'Equipe) - “stand-in keeper saved a penalty, blocked two one-on-ones and dealt with every cross that came in. A masterful performance for our usual centre midfielder and I just can’t praise his efforts enough”

CAMERON MOST (London Maccabi Lions A) - near faultless display at the back against Raiders A

JAMIE FREED (Norstar A) - “man-of-the-match against Woodford- neutralised the threat of the Woodford winger keeping him in his pocket for the full 90 minutes”

OLLIE KAY (Brady Maccabi B) - great performance from the defensive stopper. Nothing got past him in the second half

GARY CONWAY (Jewventus) - “who did not put a foot wrong over 90 ins, a great centre back performance” against Raiders C

DAVID POWELL (Catford & Bromley Maccabi) - “tenacious tackling, tireless running and covered every blade of grass, and chipped in with two superbly taken goals from centre midfield. His energy is something that we've missed this season and we're thrilled to have him back”

BEN LAUFFER (Hendon A) - “showed enormous class in central midfield” in the win over Faithfold A

RICARDO ENGLEMAN (NW Neasden B) - one of the finds of the season put in the complete performance capped off with three goals from midfield against Temple Fortune

ANTHONY KINTISH (Oakwood) - two-goal hero in the cup win over Chigwell that took the Oaks into the last four of the Morrison. One of his goals was straight out of the top-drawer

JONATHAN GREEN (Brady Maccabi A) - outstanding. Despite not scoring, his work-rate was incredible and through that hard work he created two goals. Played the perfect No.10 role

ADAM BOLLE (Redbridge Jewish Care A) ) - a chip off the old block. In a bad week for the team, Bolle was at his brilliant best with a hat-trick against FC Team
