Danny Caro's rumour mill: September 14

articlemain

Due to popular demand, my JC MSFL rumour mill returns. If you heard it, you probably heard it hear first.

Faithfold A are lining up a sensational £10m offer for AC Mill Hill hotshot Ben Zloof. The Superhoops are still on the lookout for a replacement for Mike Pearson and manager Zuriel Solomon has sent his scouts to watch the red-hot striker who has scored nine goals in two games.

-------------------------------

Several clubs are interested in Jewventus top-scorer Richard Fogelman, who was at the centre of a training ground bust-up after manager Gabriel John backtracked on his offer of two schnitzels per goal. Fogelman has hit the target four times in two games.

-------------------------------

Journeyman defender Adam Diamant is looking for a club in the Maccabi Masters League. The former Brixton bruiser told JC Sport: “I’m half thinking about returning from international retirement too. If Defoe, Livermore and Lliana are all getting call-ups then it’s surely only a matter of time that I do too!”

-------------------------------

Jamie Kyte has given James Gold a dressing down after the striker was seen mimicking his manager in the changing room before a recent match. The London Maccabi Lions forward claims he was rehearsing his pitch for Dragons Den but Kyte wasn’t buying it.

-------------------------------

North London Raiders defender Lewis Blitz has received offers for THAT hat he wore on the same show.

-------------------------------

Chigwell Athletic manager Richard Slater has played down fears he has lost his pulling power after failing to land a big money replacement for top-scorer Glenn Michaels in the summer transfer window.

-------------------------------

North West Neasden striker Jonny Blain was once mistaken for magician David Blaine after he was caught doing nothing in a box for 90 minutes. This might explain why he's playing in goal on Sunday!

-------------------------------

Reports claim Chigwell star Paul Lenchner is considering going on TV hit Man vs Food after being seen eating half his body weight in lettuce in a salad bar.

-------------------------------

Meanwhile, teammate Lee Hyams has denied he consumed half a cow in El Vaquero the other week.

-------------------------------

Champions Hendon are said to be lining up an audacious bid for Brady Maccabi B captain James Joseph. A Hendon source told JC Sport: "In terms of players were looking to bring to this club, he ticks all the boxes."

-------------------------------

A bizarre row has broken out between FC Team and Temple Fortune over Craig Edwards. FC Team secretary Jonny Pearl claims his club are still owed half a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel after the sides agreed a fee in excess of five bagels.

--------------------------------

JC Sport has received reports of an alleged training ground bust-up at Rowley Lane, resulting in a mass walkout involving Alex Bowman, Ollie Leslie, Oli Craig and Elliot Stern.

But when we caught up with Craig coming out of the car park on erev Shabbat, he said firmly: "I'm going nowhere."
