Danny Caro's Prem Div TOTW: September 22

articlemain

There were some simply sublime performances in league and cup as players from the top-flight impressed.

1. Adam RONES (FC Team A) - "with only 11 players and no goalkeeper, Ronesy volunteered and did not put a foot wrong. What a hero!"

2. Jake RINSLER (Brady Maccabi A) - “already showing why he is going to be one of the best Jewish defenders ... at 16 never let's anything faze him and was immense” against Raiders"

3. Rob BLACKMAN (Norstar London Raiders A) - "a man-of-the-match performance from the Raiders utility man first at left back and then acting as midfield destroyer quashing every attack Brady tried to launch"

4. Jake WEINER (FC Team A) - "solid performance a real leader at the back" against RJC

5. Ethan ZONE (Norstar London Raiders A) - nominated as much for his outstanding work-rate in defence as his attacking play; prevented Brady’s usually potent left-side from getting a hold on the game"

6. Simon PETERMAN (FC Team A) - "dominated the midfield area" against RJC

7. Bobby COUSINS (Oakwood A) - was "a bit special" against Jewdinese

8. Mitch YOUNG (FC Team A) - "first start in four years and played the no. 10 role brilliantly, assisting Salmon"

9. Yishai LAST (Hendon United Sports Club A) - SEE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

10. Richard SALMON (FC Team A) - "the giant striker smashed home a hat-trick and was “unplayable” according to his manager in the 6-1 drubbing of Redbridge"

11. David DINKIN (Norstar London Raiders A) - "back to his best in the second half and capped off a trademark no. 10 performance with a stunning free kick"
