Danny Caro's Division 1 TOTW: February 3

articlemain

There's a nice blend of youth and experience in my Division One Select XI from Matchday 21.

1. Brian RUBENSTEIN (Shirley Park) - did everything he needed to very well against an experienced Neasden team

2. Alon BLITZ (Hendon United Sports Club B) - formed an excellent partnership with Tali Nevies

3. Guy FENTON (Camden Park) - Haroldeans kept knocking on the door, but Fenton ensured Camden's house (and PMT dreams) were not blown away

4. Tali NEVIES (Hendon United Sports Club B) - "very good" against Glenthorne

5. Elliot COULTON (Glenthorne United A) - helped keep things tight at the back against Hendon. Commanding

6. Jon RAVEN (Chigwell Athletic) - "sheer class" and if still living in London "we would be in the top two, that's how highly he is rated at Chigs"

7. Adam KLEIN (North West Neasden B) - "bossed it in his new-found position in the centre of the park. Right, does anyone need life insurance?

8. Greg LAUTMAN (Chigwell Athletic) - "brilliant full debut, sitting in front of back four. Broke play up superbly and kept it simple. Very impressive"

9. Dan LASSMAN (Glenthorne United A) - one of the players in the MSFL you'd pay to watch. Scored another important goal in the team's pursuit of Premier Division football

10. Jamie KENT (Shirley Park) - two more goals took him back to the top of the MSFL goal charts

11. Paul LENCHNER (Chigwell Athletic) - the Christopher Samba of Jewish football

Player: Jon Raven (Chigwell Athletic)

Manager: Josh Marks (Camden Park)

Goal: Jonathan Cohen (Neasden B) - picked up the ball 25 yards out, took one touch out of his feet and curled it top bins

Save: Brian Rubenstein (Shirley Park)
