articlemain

The all-conquering Brady Maccabi A ran out 3-1 winners against North London Raiders to retain the Maccabi Masters Football League title for the fifth consecutive season.

Two goals from Max Radford - including a 40-yard screamer - and one from Mark Wagman gave Brady the win they needed to secure the championship. In response, Ashley Davidson scored from the spot for Raiders.

Brady manager Daniel Collins paid tribute to his team, saying: "I am extremely proud of them, having the desire to keep winning game after game, year after year.

"I must thank the Masters League for the excellent organisation each year, and our fellow teams for making it such a good league this year.

"Our thoughts now turn to the Masters Cup, and retaining that."
