Judah Yawitch, 12, and Jessica Hurley, 15, achieved 1500m personal bests of 4:51.04 and 5:05.40 respectively at the Watford OpenGraded Meeting.

Rebecca Hurley, 17, also gained a PB in placing second in the 400m hurdles in 69.40 in the Youth Development League at Bromley.

Colette Hurley was second in the 200m at the Southern Counties Veterans League at Hemel Hempstead in a season's best of 32.2. Her Shaftesbury Barnet team-mate Rosalind Zeffertt also gained a season's best with a long jump of 3.70m in the London
Inter-Club Challenge at Hendon.

helped towards Shaftesbury Barnet's overall team victory in the Eastern Young Athletes League at Sandy.
