Returning to Lee Valley to represent the Southern Counties at the Masters inter area match, Bruck made a 1.20m high jump clearance to reinforce his position as the country’s leading V75 jumps athlete.

Rosalind Zeffertt contested the 60m, 200m and long jump at the same competition, achieving marks of 10.01, 36.38 and 3.50m to enter the National V55 rankings in each event.

Sara Black, 45, was runner-up out of 731 runners in the inaugural V Big Half half marathon. She finished in 1:29:20 in the 45-49 age category. 

Black will represent Great Britain in duathlon at the European Triathlon Union Championships in Ibiza in October.
