Joel Nathan is on the medal hunt following Team GB's most successful day on Wednesday.

"Another day of ups and downs yesterday, which ended on a great high after our track and field team secured a gold and two silvers with hopefully more to come tonight.

"Today our open cricket team play in the final and I wish them all the best...Bring home the gold.

"Good luck to our junior cricket team in their semi final as well as our open men's football team in their semi final this afternoon...we know you can both do it and get to the finals.

"There are still individual athletes playing their respective sports and going for medals so good luck to all of them. GO TEAM GB."
