New signing Jonny Franks was back among the goals, with Roy Fux, Louis Rawlings and Joe Glaskie also on target.

South Manchester Sports 2nd came from behind to edge past Sedgley Park Celtic 2-1 in an ill-tempered game.

Referee Allan Black cautioned seven players and sent off Sedgley's Mark Davis.

Sedgley led via Saul Shapiro's penalty before Aaron Searle and an own goal won it for the hosts.

Jacob Huller's hat-truck ensured Maccabi Manchester Blue began their new season in style.

Huller's treble along with strikes from Mark Mann and Jeremy Rubens completed the 5-1 rout.

Elliot Campbell grabbed Prestfield's consolation.
