Darren Dryer completed the scoring as the Lions retained the cup for the fourth consecutive season, to add to the Henry Swerner Trophy they won last week.

Lions A assured themselves of a top three finish in Division One of the Maccabi Masters League with a 6-0 win over Scrabble. Lee Cash (2), Hadley Silver (2), Paul Lenchner and Craig Pearl eased them to victory.

Lions B remain favourites to take the Division Two title despite going down a Dean Schulberg strike against St John’s Wood Tigers. The Lions require four points from their last two matches to pip EHRS to the title.

Glenthorne cemented a top three finish after they beating Hendon Harriers 5-3 with goals from Dave Galman (2), Richard Lester, Adam Lennard and Trevor Granger. Mark Rose, Jason Rich and Darren Coon replied for Harriers.
