A charity set up to encourage young Israeli, Palestinian and Rwandan film-makers has won an American award for philanthropy. Films Without Borders, founded by documentary producer Jill Samuels, beat Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution group to scoop the Britweek UKTI Business Innnovation award at a ceremony in Los Angeles.
