Burglary charge for teenager

articlemain

A Jewish teenager has appeared in court charged with burglary.

Uriel Broder was charged with one count of burglary following an alleged incident on the Sunday before Yom Kippur.

It is understood that a Jewish family reported a break-in at a property in Golders Green Road.

Mr Broder, of Golders Rise, Hendon, north London, appeared at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday morning. The 19-year-old denied the charge and was bailed to reappear in November.

Two other Jewish men, aged 18 and 20, were arrested in connection with the same incident.

They have been bailed to reappear at a north London police station in November.
