articlemain

A British man has gone missing while trekking in Nepal.

George Abboudi, 22, was last heard from on August 5, before he left his group of friends to embark on a hike through the Annapurna Conservation Area, in the north of the country.

The trek was planned to last until August 16. Mr Abboudi then intended to board a flight to Thailand on August 21.

Asian Trekking, the organisation which Mr Abboudi was dealing with, have sent out a search party, which has so far been unsuccessful

The family requested that anyone who has seen Mr Abboudi should contact the British embassy (0097714410583) or the search party in Nepal.
