The Olivier Award-winning musical Caroline, or Change is part-way through a sold-out run at Hampstead Theatre but happily for those who didn't manage to get a ticket (and after reading our five star review you'll want to get a ticket), it has been announced the the Tony Kushner play will be transferring to the West End.

Sharon D Clarke willl contiue to play the role of the titular Caroline, a black maid who works for a Jewish family.

The JC's theatre critic John Nathan described the show as: "an impeccably acted and beautifully sung show, and both of these qualities are no better embodied than by the superb Sharon D Clarke’s Caroline."

Caroline, or Change will be at the Playhouse Theatre, London from 20 November 2018 to 9 February 2019
