Royal head start for designer

Hats off, or rather on, to young milliner Rosie Olivia, who designed the hat worn by the Queen’s granddaughter Princess Beatrice to church on Christmas Day (.

Rosie, 24, a graduate of King David Primary School, Liverpool and youth groups Habonim and FZY, started her bespoke hat business with a grant from the Prince’s Trust. Her royal commission came after she “went to a Prince’s Trust event and spotted Princess Beatrice. It went from there.”
