More IDF than Red Army

The Russian political party United Russia put up billboards to celebrate Defender of the Fatherland Day, a public holiday commemorating the creation of the Red Army in 1918. It displayed a soldier waving from the turret of the tank.

There was just one problem, according to website StrategyPage: the tank was a Merkava (right) and the soldier was an Israeli.
