Going the whole hog for sausages

A press release offering the JC the chance to come up with our "dream pork pie flavour combination" drew squeals across the office last year.

But now the Farm Stay UK group has gone one better, offering us everything from pork-curing courses to chorizo-making classes ahead of next month's British Sausage Week. As you might have guessed, the email went straight into our spam folder.
