Nikki van der Zyl shows off her James Bond goodies

Nikki van der Zyl has a very famous voice. The British actress (right) re-voiced many of the female voices in the James Bond films, including Ursula Andress in Dr. No, Eunice Gayson in From Russia With Love and Jane Seymour in Live And Let Die. Hardly surprising then that she has gathered an enviable collection of Bond memorabilia over the years. On April 17, she will be appearing on the BBC's Antiques Roadshow with the original screenplay for the Bond film Goldfinger. Miss van der Zyl tells People: "I spent a long time chatting to the show's presenter Fiona Bruce about the script. She was very excited by it. "Doing the show was fun. I'm not sure how it will turn out but I'm sure it will be all right. I am used to seeing and hearing myself on screen." Graduating from the Central School of Speech and Drama, Miss van der Zyl has worked with many of the James Bond actors. "I knew them all. I am still in touch with Roger Moore." She was also very friendly with the late-Gert Fröbe, who played Goldfinger. The screenplay was estimated to be worth around £1,000 but she says she has no plans of selling it. Her father, Rabbi Dr Werner van der Zyl, was the Founder of the Leo Baeck College in North London.
