An Israeli lawyer has been reported missing after his boat was attacked by wild animals on a river in Zambia.

Aviyam Yariv was sailing on the Zambezi River with his two children when a hippopotamus flipped the boat over, knocking the family into the water.

His children were able to escape and find dry land but Mr Yariv, 39, was not wearing a life jacket and was swept away.

His mother, Israeli model Hilit Yeshurun, has flown to Zambia to join the search.
