NOMINATIONS

MACCABI LONDON LIONS BLUE

Ed Brafman (CB) - a commanding performance at centre back by the ever-present captain against the champions

---------------------

HERTSWOOD VALE

- James Neidle (CB) - led from the back by smashing home a 94th minute winner to grab the three points. What he was doing in the opposition's box at that late stage, we'll never know. Solid as ever, winning tackle after tackle, and headed after header. Has proven to be a huge signing this season

- James Millet (CM) - A man who needs no introduction. Once again James stole the show with his creative flair, causing trouble across the Dons defence from the 1st minute. Grabbed the opener, before being fouled for our penalty in the 2nd half. Just 1 defeat in 12 games for the Vale when James has played

- Simon Englander (CM) - Mr Dependable. Vale's answer to Claude Makelele once again put in a faultless performance in the centre of the park. He protected the defence throughout and won back possession on countless occasions to thwart the Dons

---------------------

HENDON UNITED SPORTS

- Mordy Weiler (LB) - has grown into a tremendous asset for Hendon his season and has added quality in the final third. Scored the decisive third goal with an outstanding finish into the far corner from outside the box. Fully deserved. Superb first full season for Hendon

Chaim Korman (LM) - the latest in a conveyor of quality from the Korman family and with his first senior start for Hendon this season. Chaim was tremendous at beating the full-back all game and putting in numerous dangerous crosses from the byline. All that was missing from the performance was a goal. Another future Korman star for sure

OAKWOOD B

Dani Dennsion, Max Clynes & Ben Loofe (CBs) - commanding, leading performances from three top players. Dani’s cross for our third goal was probably the most skilful moment of the match

Daniel Selwyn (M) - unplayable today. Total nuisance for defenders. Crossing sublime and two goals. World-class performance

JRK (F) - has his doubters but scored his 46th and 47th goals for the club in typical poacher fashion. Worked hard and led the line
