The Merseysiders secured the first part of a possible quadruple by lifting the Harold Feldman Trophy - with a 6-0 drubbing of South Manchester Sports Club 2nd - but they head south as underdogs.
Boss Bloomberg commented: “It’s our first national cup final and we plan to enjoy it, whatever the outcome.
“I wasn’t confident going into semi-finals, but the lads surpassed themselves. I’m aware of the quality the Lions possess but we really have nothing to lose. We’ll do the best we can and see what happens. We’re proud to be representing the MJSL who are right behind us.”
The Lions reached the final after beating highly-fancied Manchester Maccabi 1st in the last four, although match-winner Max Kyte will miss the big match after suffering an injury to his ACL ligament.
Centre-half Alex Taylor is suspended while Ollie Craig, Sam Hamerton, Andrei Grayson and player-manager James Gershfield are other absentees.
Captain Paul Harris looks set to miss out through injury for Haroldeans, along with Adam Taylor who is unavailable due to work commitments. Maxim Green returns from suspension.
