Proud Camden boss Stirling Kay reflected on "a fantastic win". He told JC Sport: "Once again, like Raiders, we lost players on the morning of the game, and with our usual numerous amount of players injured a reshuffle was needed before we went out.

"To a man, the lads stuck to the game-plan, even with a number of them were playing out of position."

Camden went into the half-time break two goals to the good. They then lost the superb Josh Marks five minutes into the second half and with 25 remaining they were reduced to 10 men when man of the match Jake Saunders was sent off following two yellow cards.

Raiders pulled one back when, for the first time, Camden lost concentration at the back, but Kaye was quick to praise his back four for a "superb performance" so much so that goalkeeper Steve Murad "only had one serious shot to save of any note to save.

Kaye told JC Sport: "As a unit we restricted them to long-range shots and only when we were down to 10 men did they have any joy getting in behind us.

"But we stood up and we denied them space to play and deservedly rode our luck when they missed a last minute penalty.
