NOMINATIONS

BAYERN MINCHA

Adam Ellis (Striker) - another week another hat-trick. Every week each team says he won’t be able to do it in a higher division. 8 goals in 3 games suggests otherwise!

Samuel Kanter (Left-back) - an imperious performance capped off with a fine goal

Ben Levene (Centre-mid) - dominated the game with one-touch passing as he glided through the game, dictating the tempo

-------------

HENDON UNITED SPORTS

Jordan Mizrahi (Defence) - on his debut, both for Hendon and at centre-back was superb, bringing the ball out with confidence, making tackles. Really great performance

Rocky Spitzer  (Midfield) - was everywhere today, making tackles, passing well and scored three great goals for an extremely well-deserved hat-trick

Chaim Korman (Striker) - 3 goals, 2 assists and another 2 goals ruled out - all this in 60 minutes on the pitch. Just brilliant and Faithfold couldn't handle him all game

Zack Lewis (Striker) - the best finisher in Jewish football, another hat-trick of well-taken finishes

-------------

HMH

Alex Moss and Sam Monjack who ran the game from midfield even when we were outnumbered for an hour after sending off

Ethan Krell and Eli Wegrzyn - wide midfield

-------------

FAITHFOLD DOC MM B

Doron Shooter (Centre-back) - deserves a special mention, was immense at the back. Nothing got past him all morning and was outstanding and deserving of the man of the match. Not many teams stop Mill Hill Dons scoring

Joe Metliss (Midfield) - back from Madrid for succot and put in a great shift in the centre of the park and driving us forward

Ariel Rahamim (Right-wing) - match-winner and caused Mill Hill Dons problems down the right all game. A goal deserving to win any game

Jack Josephs (Striker) - led the line up front on his own. Ran their back four ragged and a constant threat. Put in a great shift

-------------

LOS CAMDEN A

Steve Murad (Goalkeeper) - commanding, vocal and agile, took a few brilliant crosses at 2-1

Joel Barnett (Right-back) - got his chance at right back and took it, his hard work, tough tackling and short shorts mimicked the tenacity Stuart Pearce brought to the right back position

Mike Khalastchi & Gav Krieger (Centre-backs) - completely dominant today, nothing got past or over them, they are forming a great partnership, their vocal presence and rugged old school defending make them look like Tony Adams

Josh Tiano (Left-back) - fresh from his silver medel for GB at the Budapest Games, Tiano was strong in tackle and finished the game with a high pass completion rate

Johann Jordi (Midfield) - we're running out of superlatives for the big Frenchman, was excellent defensively and took his goal well, big Pat might force Roy Keane out of retirement with performances like that

Jake Saunders (Centre-mid) - we took this Rottweiler off his leash before the game, Jake snapped into challenges and was so good with his fast feet today stopping the Oakwood passing lanes and creating ours

Elliot Meslawy (Centre-mid) - did everything the game dictated of him, was a mature performance from a player hitting form in his new club, his passing off both feet really opened up the pitch

Josh Marks (Attacking midfield) – played his first game of the season, he was clever getting in between the lines and keept us ticking, if he we can get Marksy playing regularly we know we will be a great footballing side

Dan Orgel (Striker) - worked tirelessly, took his goal fantastically and worked the channels, was a constant thorn in the Oakwood side

Dean Rosenthal (Striker) - Dean put red bull in his Weetabix this morning, he put us ahead with a fantastic goal and his hold up play allowed us to get up the pitch, his tireless work for the team meant we were able to defend from the front, he walked off the pitch with his MOTM champagne deservedly under his arm

SUBS: Richard Hayim (CM), Oli Sade (ST) and Saul Tiano (RB): These boys worked incredibly hard constantly closing men down, we would not have got over the line without them. Oli chipped in with two goals after serving his club fine of coming later and starting on the bench. Richard and Saul were strong holds when they came on

-------------

FC TEAM

David Cohen (Centre-mid) – first game in a team shirt and was outstanding including one of the best assists you will ever see.

Conor Perl (Left-forward) – another debut and was a constant threat – smooth operator in position

Mitch Young (Striker) – 2 goals and 3 assists, worked tirelessly and scored an outstanding header

Richard Salmon (Striker) – captain for the day and 4 nicely taken goals

-------------

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS MASTERS

Nicky Skone (Centre-mid) - outstanding against Redbridge

-------------

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS

Max Wegoda (Centre-back) - best performance for NLR so far. Solid as a rock, proving the Fairlop doubters wrong

Alex Jacobs (Right-wing) - AJ arrived today, he was a class act going forward and tracked back diligently, ensuring Brad Gayer didn't get a sniff. If not for an outstanding goalkeeping performance would have had at least one goal

-------------

FAIRLOP FC

Mitch Gold (CAM) - a man of the match performance from Mitch today! Due to a few players being unavailable today, Mitch got a chance to play further up the pitch and boy did he take it. Mitch is one of the Fairlop originals but due to a long-term groin injury was limited to only a few substitute appearances in our first season. But week by week he is getting himself fitter and fitter and has been like a new signing for us in central midfield. Once fully fit, he has the ability to be one of the most creative players in the MGBSFL. To top of his performance today, he played an eye of the needle pass to JJ to set up the only goal of the game

Matt Berkeley (CAM) - played alongside Mitch in the middle of the park, between them they ran the came, creating chance after chance, some delightful 1-2's with him and was unlucky not to bag himself a goal in the first half

James Jaconelli (Striker) - once again the boy delivered, had a few chances in the first half which he will know he should have finished! But he kept on working hard and got that all-important goal with a clinical finish from 20 yards

Arron Rosen (Right-sided centre-back) - went up a gear today with a solid and composed performance, getting better every week and was one of the main reasons for the clean sheet

-------------

HERTSWOOD VALE

Svi Freedman (CM) – Probably one of the most complete performances Jacob Emanuel has seen on a Sunday league pitch. Svi stepped up his game today, winning everything in the air and barely putting a foot wrong with his passing. His calm presence in the centre of the park was a huge asset in our comeback from a goal down to win the game

Ashley Hirschberger (CB) – in the absence of captain James Neidle, Ashley stepped back into his favoured centre-half position for the first time this season. Part of a solid defensive partnership that limited Faithfold throughout the match, particularly in the second half where they were restricted to just 2 shots at goal

Jordan Harris (RM) – found himself on the bench at the start of the match but his mentality was excellent. Came on towards the end of the 1st half and put in a solid, industrious performance on the right-hand side, causing Faithfold’s LB all kinds of problems. A tireless performance for the team. Played an inch-perfect through-ball to Harry Graham for our third goal to secure the points
