NOMINATIONS

HENDON UNITED SPORTS

Chaim Korman (LB) - had to play left back for 85 minutes after Simon Peterman went off injured but was outstanding, marshalled Josh Cuby extremely well and was absolutely superb. Seriously running out of things to say about his performances this season

Ari Nevies (CB) - held a makeshift back 4 together extremely well, stepped up into the responsibility superbly and made several crucial blocks and tackles as well as bringing the ball out of defence

Dovi Fehler (RW) - played on the right wing and was a constant threat and menace throughout. He added a new part of his game today, holding off defenders and doing the dirty work chasing back and helping out defensively

-------------------

JEWDINESE

James Van Straten (GK)– without him, we simply would have lost the game. For a stand-in goalkeeper to come in and perform how he did is outstanding. Made 2 or 3 crucial saves, a great performance. Watch out Ben Halmer!

Brad Lander (D) – Mr Dependable, he played at right-back, left-back and centre-back and was fantastic in each position. Solid for the full 90, rarely missed a tackle

Billy Lee – another outstanding game from Billy, full of running and energy, had a part to play in all three goals. Was our driving force going forward and helped out defensively

Scott Oldstein (M) – got us out of trouble many times. His dribbling was great and he won us many vital free kicks. Was our main attacking threat and helped us to kill the game

-------------------

FC TEAM

Adam Rones (RB) – kept A-team star David Leiwy quiet all game

Jon Breger (CM) – back after two months out with two goals and good performance

David Cohen (CM) - returning from suspension and controlled the game

Richard Salmon (S) – superb performance

-------------------

FAIRLOP FC

James Jaconelli (S) - hungover or not, this man always delivers. Scored a stunning free-kick in the first-half and then an even better solo effort in the second, putting it through the defenders legs before curling a delicious effort into the top corner

Arron Rosen (LB) - played in the unfamiliar role of left-back, but it didn't faze him one bit, producing an excellent display

-------------------

BAYERN MINCHA

Gav Nussbaum (CB) - out for two months and looked as solid as ever in his return with some great battles against Steve Summers

Matan Ozin (LB) - his first-ever goal for us in his second season and was extremely assured at full-back

Sam Leader (CM) - his best performance of the season and a phenomenal goal to win it
