Young told JC Sport he was "embarrassed" by his side inability to see off the Raiders.
"We bossed the game and could have scored nearly double figures," he said.
"I just can’t believe we have not won.
"We gifted them three goals with shambolic defending and they are leaving Brunel today with their get out of jail free card well and truly played."
Adam Leveson, Alex Goodman and Jonny Blain struck for Raiders in a see-saw affair.
NLR boss Sam Rose told JC Sport: "Last week we spoke about showing our character in this game and we certainly did that, coming back three times against a good FC Team side. From that perspective I’m really proud of the guys today.
"We know we have things to still work on technically, but after a difficult week against Bayern last time out, this was a welcome step in the right direction.”
Update: A League Management Committee confirmed on November 14 that Raiders C should be docked points for fielding an ineligible player and 3 points awarded to FC Team.
