Richler Kleiman put Oakwood 1-0 up and Redbridge equalised just before half-time. RJC levelled but Richler Kleiman restored Oakwood's advantage and they didn't look back. Selwyn netted twice to put the game beyond Redbridge.
Jubilant Oakwood boss Jason Stein told JC Sport: “Before the game I explained to the boys how important it was for us to win the game O. We’d never won in Essex before, and I wanted us to tick that mental barrier off. So I’m more than pleased that we did it.
"It’s never easy at Fairlop and on that pitch in the rain it was a tough game. But the way we pleased in the second half was top-class. We scored three goals to put the game beyond Redbridge.
"We played a front footed, positive game and the lads did really well. We’ve got one more game to go and a win against Blancos seals third spot - our highest ever finish.”
Redbridge's goals came via Josh Wynne and Richie Caplin.
