Adam Goldman was also on target as the east Londoners kept alive their hopes of a top two finish.
Fairlop boss Aaron Dias told JC Sport: "The first half was probably our best 45 minutes of football so far this season. We scored three great goals and it could have easily been five or six at half-time.
"The boys got complacent in the second half and a few sloppy tackles led to a penalty which pegged us back to 3-1, but we responded really well and the win was never really in doubt."
Daniel Bean deservedly got the fourth which saw of any hopes of a FC Team comeback.
Dias added: "I've challenged the boys at the beginning of Jan to not drop a league point from now until the end of the season, so it's one down 13 to go."
