Brilliant Bayern in 7th heaven

Bayern Mincha maintained their title challenge with an emphatic 7-0 mauling of Faithfold B, with Adam Ellis (2) leading the way.

There were also goals for JC star man Akiva Fink, Daniel Holder, Samuel Kanter, Gav Nussbaum and Alon Pinhas in Bayern's eighth league win of the season.

Bayern joint-manager Daniel Holder told JC Sport: "The game was wrapped up by half-time as we went 4-0 up into the break, with it being by far our best half of the season.

"We waited about 13 games for our clean sheet, and now suddenly we’ve got two in a row. Defensively, things seemed to have started to fall into place.

"It was also pleasing to have six different goal-scorers across the game.

"We have two more home games coming up, where we need to pick up maximum points before an absolutely huge and potentially title-deciding game away at Mill Hill Dons."
