Israeli teen wrestling sensation Noam Dar is getting ready to rumble as he plans to defend his tag-team title at this year's Maximum Impact.

The 17-year-old, who was born in Tel Aviv, is Scotland's youngest tag-team champion in the sport having doubled up with Liam Thomson to take the belt at the Breaking Limits event last May.

And he is now targeting another victory alongside Thomson on October 16 as the dynamic duo take on the men they deposed as champions, CJ Hunter and Johnny Starr.

"We know High Energy will be desperate to get their belts back but if we fight as well as we did last time then we'll be fine," said Dar.

"Maximum Impact is a massive event and a lot of people take notice so for me to be wrestling on this stage is fantastic. Wrestling i s a huge part of my life and I love it."

Dar moved to Scotland at the age of six and has gone on to establish himself as one of the sport's most exciting talents.

"At the moment I just want to get into university but if everything goes well then I'd love to fight in the WWE in America," he added.

"It will be tough but you have to have ambition to get anywhere in life."
