PETER MORRISON TROPHY ROUND TWO
WOODFORD WANDERERS 9 GLENTHORNE UNITED B 2

JAMES RYAN was the hat-trick hero as Woodford won the east London derby in style to book their place in round three.

There was also two for striker Jerome Marks and one apiece from Adam Poole, Paul Biller, Harrison Midda and Joe Sumry.

Glenthorne's goals came through Jamie Crawford and Adam Goldman.

Thornes joint-player-manager Jordan Sapler told JC Sport: "Not much to really say today, 2-1 at half-time and the game looked quite even. Then a mad 15-20 minute spell where we made some mistakes and that's made for the crazy scoreline. It didn't help having eight players unavailable and many of our players playing out of position, including me in goal!

"We needed the new year's break to gather our heads and go into next year concentrated on the league which we can still gain promotion. Credit to Woodford who put away their chances and good luck to them against Hendon A."
