South Manx completed a traumatic season in style as they beat last season's champions North West Neasden A 3-1 in the Premier Division.
On the verge of folding a month ago, a brace from Neasden old boy Jonny Haik plus one from Jamie Kent helped them finish the season in style against a side featuring old boys Max Shields, Elliot Stern and Ben Lampert.
Haik said: "Beating Neasden felt like winning the league. They attempted to take several of our top players but those that stayed showed great fight and determination to put in a great team effort. It felt like a fairytale and I'm glad that we've had a happy ending."
Manx manager Craig Edwards commented: "We are looking forward to next season and know we can beat any team in this league. On our day and, with a few additions, we will be right up in the mix next year."
NWN joint-manager Jamie Cole conceded that "the best team won."

They beat Leeds Maccabi 3-0 with goals from Bruno Frankel, Rob Bloch and Ben Wulwik. Keeper Ed Bloom preserved a clean sheet with a penalty save denying Adam Gilman.
Assi Avital kept alive Southgate Harmen A's promotion hopes as they edged past Brady Maccabi.
Jason Wood (2), Simon Wax, Gary Cohen and Darren Cohen were on the mark as Montana Boca United A cruised past Brixton Old Boys. North London Raiders B edged closer to the Division Two title after beating Temple Fortune 3-2. Nicky Woolf, Adam Levison and Mike Hershman were the scorers. Ben Isaacs and Dan Natoff replied.
James Gold and Nick Kenton lifted London Maccabi Lions C above FC Team A after coming through 2-1.
