South Manchester battled back from a goal down to defeat Saints.

On a pitch that wasn't made for football, South displayed some good, confident football.

However despite a positive start, South went a goal down after confusion at the back.

The route back into the game came from a free-kick on the edge of the area, which TOBY LEVY instinctively dispatched before the referee's whistle.

South improved as the game went on and deservedly took the lead through striker GEORGE BRESNAHAN before young whipper snapper FELIX SHALOM completed the scoring.

South manager Neil Collins said: "That's two wins on the bounce after Christmas, which is pleasing.

"The lads are training hard and deserve these victories - confidence is returning to the Henry Gutterman centre."
