South Manchester Sports Club defeated Salford Jewish by five wickets to spare thanks to another inspired performance from Akiva Lieberman in the Greater Manchester Amateur League.
South sent their opponents in to bat first, but Salford found themselves up against some testing bowling from Lieberman and Josh Oehley, and they struggled to build up a convincing tally.
Elliot Koffman notched 28 for Salford but his run was ended by Lieberman, who went on to claim another three wickets.
When South came to the crease they found themselves with a target of 126, and swiftly took the game in just 22 overs.
Salford had no answer to a superb batting performance despite some resilient batting, with Jonny Wineberg particularly impressive in taking 4-19.
Lieberman was the star, finishing with 49 not out after his superb 163 last week against Olympic, coming in for special praise from Glicher as a result.
Steven Glicher, the captain of South Manchester, was delighted with his team
"It was a great win for South which confirms we are the best of the Jewish teams in the league.
"Akiva Lieberman's batting this season has been sensational, but he also showed what he can do with the ball today, for which Salford had no answer."
