Left-back Cole was voted as the stand-out performer in a season where RJC A finished as runners-up in both the Premier Division and Cyril Anekstein Cup competitions.
Fairlop boss Aaron Dias has shown great ambition, also bringing RJC stars Daryl Rubin Matt Berkley, Kane Hopps, Brad Gayer, Adam Goldman and Daniel Bean to the club from their local rivals.
Cole tweeted: "Looking forward to the next chapter of my career."
Dias is clearly delighted with his summer business so far and told JC Sport: "We have got a great squad. The boys can't wait for the season to start.
“Pre-season has gone well and everyone is looking sharp.
“We aren't just here for promotion, we want to be fighting for the title."
Meanwhile, Temple Fortune A beat Catford & Bromley Maccabi 2-1 in their first pre-season friendly. Jordan Sharifian, last season's top-scorer who finished second in the race for the MGBSFL Golden Boot, scored both their goals.
The MGBSFL will feature 29 teams in season 2017/18 which gets under way on September 3.
