Tony Milch is thankful he still has a shot for the International Challenger belt after suffering further pre-fight chaos.
Milch was left frustrated as his first area title fight against Bulgarian Konstantin Aleksandrov was postponed at the 11th hour by the police following an overnight incident at York Hall.
Having already seen fights with two opponents fall through, it would have left the Bushey brusier fearing the worst.
But it’s all systems go again for tomorrow for light-middleweight bout at Bethnall Green.
Milch said: “It’s not ideal asIu have been preparing physically and mentally for this fight. But there was nothing we could have done when the police shut down the venue.
"Instead you get yourself ready to go again. I’m thankful my manager has managed to get the fight on another promotion there.
"Some people can't make it which is disappointing but I'm hoping for a good following."
