Raiders completed a league double over Faithfold, with David Dinkin, Ben Joseph, Benji Engleman and Josh Green boosting their treble hopes at Brunel.
NLR boss Rob Richman told JC Sport: "A good start to what will be a very important month of March. Faithfold played their part in a tightly contested encounter, but we had enough to come away victors. FIVE-STAR HENDON CRUSH LIONS
HENDON UNITED SPORTS CLUB A 5 MACCABI LONDON LIONS BLUE 2
Strikes from David Seitler plus one apiece from Yoav Kestenbaum, Dovi Fehler and Greg Corin helped defending champions Hendon continue their merciless march towards the title with a convincing 5-2 victory over Lions Blue at Rowley Lane.
MLL's goals came through Josh Moses and Nick Landsberg.
Hendon's Greg Corin told JC Sport: "Lions are a good young side who approached the game today with a committed attitude, but we had a lot of quality and experience on the pitch today and it told."
Lions boss Jamie Kyte told JC Sport: "We were in it for 70 minutes and had a great chance to make it 3-3 after 60. With such a good defence I wasn't expecting us to get any goals but we got two and could have got more."
