Tony Gold this week paid tribute to Guy Morris after naming the defender as his player of the season at London Lions.
The Team GB defender was singled out by the Lions manager after steering the team to the South Midlands League Division One title.
Gold said: "Guy is a leader. We weren't the same team when he didn’t play. He’s an organiser who kept us solid and was very influential on the pitch."
Striker Adam Bolle collected the Players’ Player accolade as well as the Golden Boot after finishing as the team’s top-scorer, with Bradley Lander winning Young Player of the Year.
Lions coach Darren Yarlett has left the club to take up a similar role at the newly-formed under-21 development team at Wingate & Finchley.
Gold said: "It's a great move for Darren. He’ll be a massive loss to Lions but brilliant for Wingate. He wants to develop as a coach and goes with my blessing."
